Health Cards
Always bring your health card and give it to the receptionist when you arrive. Check the expiry date on your card, and arrange for a new one before it expires
The Service ONTARIO site in Brantford is open again for in person visits, least busy times are tuesday and wednesday mornings.

The Office is closed each day from 12:30 to 1:20 pm for lunch/staff meetings.
Phone hours will vary phone lines open at 9 am and close
at 4 pm except for Fridays when they close at 3:00 pm. These hours are subject to change.
